Initial review
Send twelve months of electricity and diesel records, or a description of the project. We advise, without charge, whether a formal assessment is justified.
Proposal
Scope, deliverables, timetable and a fixed fee are set out in writing, together with the result of our conflict check.
Appointment
Work begins on signature of the engagement letter and receipt of the mobilisation payment.
